Credit policy
How credits are charged
Credits are shared across your account and charged for work you actually receive — if a job does not finish, we give the credit back.
Cloth simulation
1 credit per simulation. If the simulation fails or you cancel before it produces a result, the credit is returned automatically.
Pose
If you have already simulated, posing costs 1 credit. If not, the system simulates first (1 credit) and then poses (1 more), 2 credits in total. Cancelling during the pose returns only the pose credit; a simulation that already finished still counts.
Print · SVG / DXF download
Previewing is free. 1 credit is charged the first time you print or download SVG/DXF for each size in a preview session; repeating it for the same size costs nothing more. Changing size or reopening the preview counts as new work.

Order of use and running out
Plan credits are used first, then promo-code credits. When credits reach 0 the plan entitlement expires until you buy a plan or redeem a code.
Refunds
Automatic when a simulation or pose fails or is cancelled, returned to the same credit pool it was taken from, with an hourly limit to prevent abuse. Print/download is not refunded automatically; contact us if a file is faulty.
